WHO WE ARE

Hi There,  I’m Michael Collis, and for as long as I can remember, food and baking have been at the heart of everything I do. In 2001, I took that passion and channeled it into Food for Thought Catering. But there was always something else in the back of my mind—a dream of sharing our beloved baked goods with more people. I envisioned a world where everyone could experience the magic of homemade cookies, baked with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Then came 2020, a year that tested the world in ways we never imagined. My dream, like so many others, seemed to fade into the background as the pandemic swept through. But I couldn’t shake the idea. So, instead of letting circumstances stop us, I found a way to keep that dream alive. It was the drive to create something special that kept pushing us forward.

In 2023, everything changed. With the unwavering support of my Operations Manager Ivan and our incredible team, that long-held dream became a reality. Cookie Krunch was born—and it was more than just a business, it was a story of resilience, passion, and a love for sharing joy through baking. A special thanks to Ivan, whose dedication and belief in this vision truly brought it to life.
